Clinical Practice - Manage workload and prioritise competing demands effectively. - To participate in the initial assessment of service users referred to the team Decision Making & Team working - Use professional judgement and clinical reasoning to inform assessment, intervention and treatment decisions. - Work autonomously within professional competence and agreed risk management plans. Physical & Practical Requirements - Use electronic patient record systems and other IT systems effectively. - Travel between Trust sites, service users' homes and community settings. Service Development, Quality & Research - Contribute and commit to service development, evaluation, audit and quality improvement activities. - Support the development of OT offer and pathway within the team.
