We provide assessment and treatment for older people experiencing moderate to severe mental illness in the community. We work with service users with a variety of mental health concerns, alongside working closely with families and carers as well as external agencies to provide a holistic approach and work in a creative and flexible way to provide a positive outcome for our service users on their recovery journey. ### Main duties of the job Are you a highly motivated, passionate, and skilled Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker?
