You will provide strong clinical and operational leadership across: - Three established community wards - A fourth community ward opening this Summer - Governance and quality oversight for the Proactive Neighbourhood Clinical Delivery Group This role is integral to ensuring safe, effective, and responsive care delivery, while driving innovation and continuous improvement across services.
