We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Commissioning Officer (Children and Young People) to join the All Age Continuing and Complex Care Team at Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) NHS Trust. In this rewarding role, you will help shape and commission high-quality, person-centred services, ensuring children and young people receive the right care, in the right place and at the right time. Working closely with local authorities, NHS providers and wider system partners, you will support the commissioning, contracting and quality assurance of Children’s Continuing Care and other health-funded care packages. You will contribute to service development, effective commissioning processes and the delivery of high-quality services that achieve positive outcomes and value for money.
