Exciting opportunities have arisen for a Senior Clinical Psychologist or recently qualified psychologist interested in preceptorship roles. We require a motivated and dynamic Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team offering input to adult mental health inpatient facilities within Ormskirk, based at the Scarisbrick Inpatient Unit. Candidates who do not yet meet all Band 8a requirements may be appointed to a Band 7 preceptorship role. They will follow a structured development programme to build the competencies needed for progression to Band 8a. This development and assessment period can last up to two years and is overseen by the professional lead for Central and West locality. ### Main duties of the job LSCFT inpatient wards are designed to meet the holistic needs of service users/patients and carers, in a working environment conducive to staff development and wellbeing.
