To lead, deliver, develop and evaluate specialist clinical mental health pharmacy services in your area. To provide expert pharmaceutical advice and liaison to the CMHT, GPs, practice pharmacists, other healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and carers. To lead on ensuring that drug therapy is evidence based, safe, cost effective and appropriate to the individual patient. To provide training to the CMHT / Neighbourhood Mental Health team, GPs and other HCPs within Primary Care around the use of psychotropic medicines.
