Key responsibilities include: - Assist with providing overall leadership and management support to the East Mindworks Hub - Supervising and guiding colleagues to ensure high standards of clinical practice. - Building strong, collaborative relationships across services in Surrey. - Working in close partnership with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and senior leadership to deliver integrated, patient‑focused care. - Manage a caseload of young people for assessment, interventions and supporting the Duty system.
