The post does not award a National Training Number.  Full registration with the GMC with a licence to practise is required, and if the appointee does not hold right of residence in the UK sponsorship will be required.  This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has either completed their specialist training or who has a CCT or equivalent in General Surgery within 18 months of the date of interview to undergo advanced training in pelvic floor surgery.
