The post has a strong emphasis on modern minimally invasive otology, including: - Endoscopic ear surgery - Cholesteatoma (primary, revision and complex disease) - Advanced tympanoplasty and ossiculoplasty - Canal wall up and canal wall down mastoid surgery - Paediatric and adult complex ear pathology - Hearing reconstruction and outcome-focused surgery The Fellow will receive structured consultant mentorship, progressive operative autonomy, and opportunities for teaching, research and service development.
