Manage a defined caseload, delivering holistic, family-centered care in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team. Contribute to MDT discussions, care planning and clinical decision-making, advocating for the needs of children, young people and their families. Undertake line management responsibilities for allocated staff, including supervision, appraisal (PDR), and supporting performance and professional development. Support the education, mentorship and development of staff and students within the service. Participate in audit, research and service development initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
