We encourage applications from individuals who are passionate about addressing inequalities and promoting recovery for people experiencing homelessness. ### Main duties of the job Manage a supervised caseload of approximately 20 service users, delivering psychological assessment, formulation and interventions across the Camden Adult Homeless Pathway under the supervision of a Clinical Psychologist. Provide outreach in hostels, temporary accommodation and street settings, support Mental Health Act assessments, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and work closely with housing, health, social care and voluntary sector partners. The role supports adults experiencing homelessness, including rough sleepers and people with severe mental illness, using a trauma-informed, psychologically informed and recovery-focused approach. Responsibilities include delivering psychoeducation, collecting outcome measures, and contributing to audit and service evaluation. The post aims to improve access to psychological support, increase engagement with mental health services, reduce crisis presentations, and strengthen partnership working.
