### SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR with Medical Secretary Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator/Medical Secretary to work as part of a team to support our growing team of Community Paediatricians across three centres

As part of our commitment to developing our workforce, the successful candidate will have opportunities to broaden their knowledge of specialist children's services, develop advanced administrative and digital skills, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

HCT will prioritise recruitment of workers living in England under the new immigration rules for care workers effective from 9 April 2025. Employers must first prove that they have attempted to recruit a worker from within England who needs new sponsorship. This ensures that those who came to the UK to pursue a career in adult social care can do so.

### Main duties of the job

### Your main responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive medical administrative support, working closely with Community Paediatricians and the wider clinical teams within Children’s Specialist Services.

### Qualifications and Training

- NVQ level 4 in Business Studies or Administration or equivalent knowledge or experience.
- RSAIII (or equivalent)
- Educated to G.C.S.E. or equivalent in English and Maths
- Audio Typing/AMSPAR qualification
- Microsoft Office software packages, to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
