We also provide outpatient support for adults with eating disorders. ## Person Specification ### Requirements **Essential** - Candidates should have substantial experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders, ideally in both individual and group settings. A recognised qualification in counselling/ psychotherapy is essential, along with accreditation (not just registration) with a relevant professional body (e.g., BACP, UKCP, HCPC). Social work qualifications are not applicable for this role. Experience in delivering evidence-based interventions such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, or trauma-informed approaches is highly desirable. The role also requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
