\<h1\>\<span style="font-size:24px;"\>Job Introduction\</span\>\</h1\>\<p\>As a SCPHN School Nurse, you will join our School-Age Health & Wellbeing Service, playing a vital role in improving the health, wellbeing and life chances of children and young people across Warwickshire. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver preventative, early intervention and targeted public health support to school-aged children and their families. Working across schools, community settings and family homes, you will help children and young people overcome challenges, make positive lifestyle choices and access the support they need to thrive. You will be part of a supportive and forward-thinking Public Health Nursing team, working closely with schools, healthcare professionals and partner agencies to reduce health inequalities, safeguard vulnerable children and improve outcomes. This role also offers the opportunity to support and develop School Staff Nurses and Support Staff while contributing to the ongoing development of the service.\</p\>\<hr\>\<h1\>\<span style="font-size:24px;"\>Package Description\</span\>\</h1\>\<p\>You will be joining a dedicated and passionate School-Age Health & Wellbeing team that is committed to improving outcomes for children, young people and families across Warwickshire.
