\<h2\>Job Introduction\</h2\>\<p\>As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN Health Visitor), you will join our Child and Family Wellbeing Service in Warwickshire. This is a highly rewarding role where you will lead and deliver the Healthy Child Programme, supporting children and families to achieve the best possible outcomes.You will work within a defined locality, building strong relationships with families and partners to promote health, reduce inequalities and safeguard children. This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role within a supportive skill mixed team while continuing to deliver high quality, evidence based care to the community.We are a flexible first employer. You will have an allocated base but will benefit from agile and hybrid working, helping you maintain a healthy work life balance while meeting the needs of the families you support.\</p\>\<h2\>Package Description\</h2\>\<p\>You will be joining a dedicated and collaborative 0 to 19 service in Warwickshire, where teams work closely together to deliver high quality, proactive care to children and families.
