The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred care through a combination of routine and urgent consultations, chronic disease management, home visits where required, prescription management, clinical administration, and participation in practice meetings and quality improvement initiatives. The role includes shared responsibility for both 1st and 2nd on-call duties on your working days, providing clinical support to the wider multidisciplinary team and ensuring the safe and effective management of urgent patient care.
