This is a replacement position and provides an excellent opportunity for a GP who is looking to work within a supportive, welcoming and patient-focused environment. The successful candidate will work alongside our existing clinical and administrative teams to provide high-quality general medical services to our patient population. Informal visits and conversations are very welcome. ### Main duties of the job The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services to our practice population of nearly 5,000 patients. Main duties will include routine GP consultations, telephone and face-to-face appointments, management of acute and long-term conditions, prescribing, referrals, reviewing results and clinical correspondence, and completing associated clinical administration. The role will also include regular care home ward rounds and ongoing clinical support for care home residents. You will work closely with our 2 GP Partners, wider practice team and colleagues across East Waverley PCN.
