## Job Content

### Job summary

New Forest Central Medical Group (NFCMG) is looking for an ambitious, motivated GP to join us as a Salaried GP with a view to partnership in our successful, forward-thinking two-site practice.

To find out more or arrange an informal conversation, please contact Dr Elisabeth Royston at elisabeth.royston@nhs.net or call 01590 622272

### Main duties of the job

Rural GP surgery. Not total triage. Team approach rather than individual lists. PCN visiting team, and ARRS staff including pharmacist, pharmacy techs and physio. NO ANP therefore full mix of patients rather than only complexity and multi-morbid.

### About us

Based in the affluent villages of Brockenhurst and Sway, this is an opportunity to step into a progressive, financially very strong practice located in one of the most desirable rural settings in the South.

Our current team consists of two full-time partners , supported by two experienced GP retainers. We are a fully staffed close knit team, and we are now seeking a Salaried GP with a view to partnership to support succession planning and allow one of our current partner to reduce their clinical sessions.

In the past 2 years, we have completed a full-scale reorganisation of every team within the practice. We now operate as a streamlined, well-managed, and responsive business that delivers exceptional care and accessibility. Our emphasis on continuity and traditional general practice values means we are one of the few local surgeries to have avoided a shift to total triage, offering a truly patient-centred service.

We have clear systems and processes and strong clinical and non clinical leadership.

We are an active member of the New Forest PCN and benefit from a strong multidisciplinary team, including an in-house pharmacy team, physiotherapists, a care home nurse, and two full-time visiting paramedics shared across the network.

This is an opportunity to join a well-run, financially robust practice with strong foundations, and an excellent working environment.

Would suit a motivated and pro-active GP with partnership aspirations or experience
