This may include quality improvement, education, digital health, AI, service redesign, leadership, research or other areas of professional development. The focus of this session can be adapted to reflect individual expertise. ### About us We provide care for approximately 14,500 socially and culturally diverse patients from a large, modern Primary Care Health Centre. Our multidisciplinary team includes GPs, GP trainees, pharmacists, nurses, paramedics, physiotherapists, Healthcare Assistants, GP Assistants, Social Prescriber and Care Coordinators.
