In this influential role, you will lead the organisation's safer staffing agenda, acting as the professional lead for workforce assurance, nursing establishment reviews, skill mix optimisation, workforce productivity and the Safer Nursing Care Tool (SNCT) programme. Working closely with clinical, operational, workforce, finance and quality leaders, you will use workforce, acuity and quality data to shape staffing models, support service transformation and provide assurance that the right people are in the right place at the right time. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on patient safety, staff wellbeing and service sustainability while influencing workforce decisions at a strategic level.
