The role will involve supporting staff who work with both adults and children within our Acute services. The post holder will be responsible for providing specialist advice on managing adult Safeguarding matters within the organisation; working in partnership with Adult  Social Care; the co-ordination of adult safeguarding procedures and reporting to  the Trust Named Professional for Safeguarding Adults. The post holder will implement procedures and guidance that effectively supports Trust staff to recognise Domestic Abuse (DA) by empowering them to understand and embed the implications of DA and its effects on individuals and families.
