We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Senior Clinical Educator to join our Oncology team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. About the Role The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, safe Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) education and training across oncology and haematology services. Working collaboratively with existing clinical educators, clinical teams and multidisciplinary colleagues, the post holder will support workforce development, clinical competence, and ongoing professional learning for staff involved in the administration and management of SACT. The role will include the development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of SACT education programmes in line with national guidance, local policies, and competency frameworks. The post holder will support registered and non-registered staff, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and promote evidence-based practice to ensure excellent patient care and safety standards. The job holder will enable the development of clinical practice mentors, assessors and key trainers, providing supervision through on-site support and trust-wide continuous professional development activities.
