This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated NHS team within Rotherham Care Group, working collaboratively with clinical, operational and partner organisations to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care. You will provide visible leadership, support service development and improvement, manage performance and quality, and ensure staff are empowered to deliver excellent outcomes for service users and carers. If you are motivated, organised and passionate about improving adult mental health services, we would welcome your application ### Main duties of the job The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of designated clinical services and ensuring that those teams are performing in terms of patient outcomes, metrics, measures and targets. They are also accountable for making sure that the Trust’s strategy is executed locally and that standards of safety are maintained at all times.
