### Job responsibilities

Rotational Band 5 Physiotherapist About the Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our Therapies team at The London Clinic. This rotational role offers the opportunity to develop experience across a range of specialist areas including Intensive Care, Surgery, Orthopaedics and Aquatic Therapy, while working alongside highly skilled multidisciplinary teams. As an autonomous practitioner, you will assess, diagnose and treat patients with a wide variety of conditions, delivering high-quality physiotherapy interventions and supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. You will gain exposure to both inpatient and outpatient services, including pre-operative assessments, with opportunities to participate in weekend, on-call and emergency physiotherapy services as your competencies develop. Key Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose and treat patients with diverse and complex clinical presentations.

Develop and deliver individualised physiotherapy treatment programmes. \[

Support safe discharge planning and rehabilitation goals.

Maintain accurate clinical records and manage risk within your caseload.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care.

Participate in clinical reviews, case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.

Contribute to student supervision and teaching activities as required.

Engage in ongoing professional development, audit and service improvement activity.

BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy.

HCPC registration.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Undergraduate experience across a variety of clinical settings.

Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP).

Membership of a relevant clinical interest group.

Previous post-registration inpatient rotational experience.

Presentation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
