Are you looking for a role where you can make a real difference and where you are part of proactive and supportive teams? We have permanent vacancies for the Band 5 Occupational Therapist Rotation scheme Applicants should be excellent team workers and be able to demonstrate good communication skills. The successful applicant will have: Current HCPC registration or pending imminent registration An interest in working in hospital and community based setting Excellent communication skills Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently between TRFT sites and for patient visits in the Rotherham area and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes. If necessary, adjustments can be considered in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 Valid work permit or be eligible to work within the UK Candidates qualifying in this academic year will be considered. The post is subject to Pre-Employment Health Screening and DBS checking ### Main duties of the job Our aim is to provide a high quality, efficient service to maximise patients independence and function with the intention of facilitating safe, timely discharge and prevention of hospital admission. There will be an opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients many of whom have complex needs.
