There is potential to expand the rotations to cover community services in future. Candidates will need the skills and ability to cope with fast paced MDT environment. The Occupational Therapy team is part of the Integrated Therapies Service and staff benefit from a supportive environment and excellent learning opportunities though collaborative care team working. The successful post holder will be required to participate in seven day working rota. To be an active member of the multidisciplinary team. To participate in clinical projects, service developments, audits and service reviews as agreed and supported by the Team Lead OT and integrated therapies lead.
