The post holder will act as an in-house ILS Tutor, deliver ward-based in-situ training and assessments, and support early recognition of the deteriorating patient. They will provide ad-hoc and specialist training across Trust teams, one-to-one support following ILS/BLS training, and coordinate training activity to maximise compliance. The role also includes oversight of resuscitation equipment and administrative records, contributing to audit and service improvement, and deputising for the team manager as required.
