The successful candidate will join a group of 12 other consultants affiliated to the respiratory department at St George’s. Prospective candidates are encouraged to visit for informal discussion, contact details below: - Dr Helen Meredith, Respiratory Care Group Lead Helen.Meredith0@stgeorges.nhs.uk Provisional Date for Interview: TBC ### Main duties of the job - To provide a clinical service in respiratory medicine as part of a team of respiratory specialists. - To participate in clinical and other service activities with the objective of ensuring a high standard of patient care; including general respiratory, sleep and cancer clinics - To lead the delivery of the lung cancer screening programme review meetings at St George’s and work within the lung cancer team. - To participate in the delivery of the regional EBUS service. - To contribute to service developments - To take an active part in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and training.
