Working with services to maximise bank fill rates and reduce reliance on agency workers

Supporting implementation of temporary staffing initiatives, new processes and service improvements

Supervising colleagues within the team, providing day-to-day support and quality assurance

Helping ensure TSS continues to deliver an outstanding service during a period of significant workforce and legislative change

You'll regularly use systems such as BankStaff, HealthRoster, ESR and TRAC, alongside Microsoft Office applications and workforce reporting tools.

- Understands (or can quickly develop expertise in) temporary staffing legislation, NHS staffing frameworks and agency management processes
- Has experience supervising, supporting or coordinating colleagues
- Is highly organised, solutions-focused and able to use their initiative
- Enjoys problem solving and finding practical ways to improve services
- Delivers excellent customer service while maintaining professional boundaries and standards

Our team may be small, but we're ambitious, supportive and proud of the impact we make. We work closely together, share ideas, support each other through challenges and celebrate successes.

What You'll Get

The opportunity to become a specialist in NHS temporary staffing Experience shaping workforce change and service improvement A supportive and experienced Resourcing Team Flexible agile working arrangements The chance to make a genuine difference to workforce sustainability and patient care

A Final Word

If you're looking for a role where no two days are the same, where you'll be trusted to take ownership, solve problems and influence workforce decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, curious, adaptable and ready to roll their sleeves up. There are exciting opportunities ahead but also challenges and we need someone who is committed to helping us tackle them head-on.
