This role involved working with the Lead Research Nurse to ensure strategic development and operational management of commercial and non-commercial research activities, working collaboratively with our partners across the region. The successful candidate will be NMC registered and will have a strong and proven nursing background with leadership and experience in managing and developing teams.  You will have exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, as well as being adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Research skills are advantageous, but a passion for research and developing knowledge in this area are essential.
