Our senior clinical team support the training, development and workflow management of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians within primary care and PCN settings. ### Main duties of the job This is a Part-Time vacancy for 15-30 hours a week. Hours worked will be within the core opening times of the practice. The Role As a Clinical Pharmacist you will confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. You will help resolve medication-related queries, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, improve patient outcomes and support the improvement of access to healthcare.
