The postholder will support older people, including those living with dementia and complex care needs, helping them maintain their dignity, independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. Duties include assisting with personal care, supporting daily living activities, providing encouragement and companionship, assisting with meals and activities, administering medication where trained, and maintaining accurate records.
