### Main duties of the job

Job Summary

- Support the Regulatory Compliance and Quality Lead in delivering quality and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for the team, managing inboxes and responding to queries.
- Maintain processes for routine regulatory compliance and quality matters.
- Provide administrative support including diary management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and general administration.

- Support regulatory compliance processes across the Trust.
- Manage team communication channels and inboxes.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.

### Job specific experience

- Evidence of at least 2 years of experience in administration
- Administrative duties including inbox and diary management and email management
- Provide evidence of accurate minute taking skills
