Candidates must hold a full driving license ## Person Specification ### Requirements **Essential** - The ideal candidate will be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with 612 months of post-registration experience, holding an active NMC registration and having completed a preceptorship programme. They will possess a strong understanding of NMC guidelines, requirements, and professional practices, along with evidence of ongoing post-registration continuing professional development. A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality are essential, as is the ability to adopt flexible and innovative approaches to practice. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
