The Psychologist we are looking for will be experienced in assessment and formulation to help determine the treatment needs of individual service users. - Deliver staff training and facilitate reflective practice sessions to support clinical excellence across the service. - Complete psychological risk assessments and contribute to effective risk management planning. - Provide evidence-based individual and group interventions tailored to the needs of the service user population. - Receive peer support and supervision from an established and supportive psychology team based at Llanarth Court. - Use a creative and compassionate approach to enhance the quality of life and recovery outcomes of service users. - Support individuals as they progress through their recovery journey and move towards less restrictive environments. - Benefit from excellent training, development, and career progression opportunities. ### About us Located just outside Cardiff in South Wales, Priory Hospital Cardiff provides specialist low secure services for males and females with personality disorders, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.
