Are you a Nursing Associate looking for a supportive team and the opportunity to develop new skills? We are looking to expand our fantastic nursing team and are would welcome applications from motivated, compassionate and enthusiastic Nursing Associates to support the management of patients within the Harpenden & St Albans Locality. This role offers nursing associates the opportunity to develop or expand clinical skills, including wound care, diabetes management and Palliative care.  The role gives successful applicants the opportunity to take the first step into the community with opportunities to progress and develop within the organisation. We are committed to offering successful applicants a structured and individualised induction and development plan, tailored to professional development needs, and existing transferrable skills. Successful applicants will have access and support from our Induction Facilitator and Practice development nurses, who will support with initial and ongoing development and education. Please note: To be eligible for this role, you must hold a Nursing Associate or Assistant Practitioner qualification or be an Apprentice Nursing Associate due to qualify within the next six months. ### Main duties of the job The role requires you to be able to keep accurate clinical records and have good clerical/administrative skills.
