The CGH Recovery team currently consists of 43 members of staff who operate in 3 recovery areas. Specialties include Elective General Surgery, Urology, Breast, Colorectal, Upper GI, Gynae, Elective Orthopaedics, and Ophthalmology. Our busy recovery areas equate to 22 beds in total and our daily throughput of patients can range from 30-50 per day.
