We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate and motivated full-time flexible band 5 registered nurse. AS a Band 5 Registered Nurse on the Elderly Care Ward, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate, and person-centred care to older adults, many of whom present with complex medical, cognitive, and social needs. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote patient well-being, dignity and independence. This role requires a caring, kind and professional approach, excellent clinical skills and the ability to respond to the changing needs of patients in a busy and sometimes challenging environment.
