Working as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, you will support service users through assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery, promoting positive outcomes and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the Named Nurse for an identified group of service users, coordinating and delivering holistic, person-centred care through assessment, care planning, implementation, and review. - Ensuring the requirements of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding legislation, and Trust policies are understood, applied, and adhered to at all times. - Working collaboratively and flexibly within the multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of clinical care and support service users throughout their recovery journey. - Supporting the day-to-day running of the ward, helping to coordinate clinical activities and providing supervision, guidance, and support to junior colleagues, students, and new members of staff as required. - Building positive therapeutic relationships with service users, carers, and families, ensuring their views are heard and actively encouraging involvement in care planning and decision-making. - Contributing to the maintenance of a safe, therapeutic environment by promoting relational security, positive risk management, and recovery-focused practice.
