Would you like to work for a dynamic and innovative School Nursing team? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and conscientious practitioner to join us within the 0-19 Children’s Universal Health Service. The Milton Keynes School Nursing Service provides a universal and specialist service to school aged children attending an education provision or being home schooled in Milton Keynes. The service is available all year round, Monday – Friday, 9-5pm, excluding bank holidays. We are looking for compassionate individuals who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and are able to work as part of a skill mixed team to deliver the Healthy Child Programme (HCP). Alongside your team, you will work with various partner agencies to achieve best health outcomes for school aged children and their families across Milton Keynes. Previous experience of working in the community is desirable but not essential as you will receive full training and an excellent induction package. In addition, you will receive regular clinical, managerial and safeguarding supervision.
