We promote a team approach ethos towards service improvements with all staff included in supporting new developments. You will be required to promote the highest possible standards of care based on professionally determined standards and accept accountability for the patient as an individual, providing autonomy. Please  note, there are two positions available: - hours per week 30 hours per week ### Main duties of the job - Assess, plan, provide and evaluate care at all stages for the ophthalmic patient according to the Integrated Care Pathway (where applicable)/ under supervision. - Keep relevant and accurate records of care (manual and computerised) - To be responsible for the quality of data recorded.
