This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic outpatient environment, providing high-quality care to patients across a wide range of specialties. Working Hours 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, including: - Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 9:00pm - Friday: 7:30am - 6:30pm - Saturday: 7:30am - 2:00pm Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the department. Key responsibilities include: - Delivering safe, effective and evidence-based patient care. - Assessing patients' health and wellbeing across a varied and changing caseload. - Supporting consultants during outpatient clinics and minor procedures. - Maintaining high standards of clinical practice and quality care delivery. - Liaising and collaborating with departments across the hospital to ensure seamless patient care. - Promoting best practice and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives. - Undertaking clinical procedures including wound dressings and other nursing interventions as required. - Supporting patients and relatives with compassion, professionalism and excellent communication.
