Due to the expansion of our Emergency Department and Urgent Treatment Centre. We are looking for Nurses who are searching for opportunities to further develop their career and who possess excellent communication skills, strong team working skills and can evidence the delivery of good patient care. We encourage you to embrace these values throughout the recruitment process and in your role with us. ### Main duties of the job Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care needs of patients from admission (or before) to discharge, with the involvement of patients and their relatives/carers. Participate in the ongoing training, supervision and support of registered and non-registered nursing staff. This includes Trainee Assistant Practitioners, Clinical Support Workers undertaking apprenticeships and pre-registration Student Nurses.
