Are you a student nurse, qualifying in 2025 or an established staff nurse looking for an exciting and challenging carrier in Emergency Nursing? If so, Torbay Emergency Department is looking for you! We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic nurses who can demonstrate commitment to the provision of high-quality person-centred care. You will have responsibility for managing a cohort of patients within the emergency department, whether that be in majors, ambulatory emergency care or the Resus room. You will communicate closely with the department coordinators, in order to deliver safe, evidence based and effective care. You will be expected to work closely with the medical team and other agencies, including The Ambulance Service, to ensure safe, prompt and appropriate care delivery. You will be confident and have an understanding of the national targets for the delivery of Emergency Care. This post is  flexible, working to meet the needs of the patients and department, under the instruction and supervision of the Silver Registered Nurse and Band 7 nurse.
