You will provide support to Nurse Team Leaders and Managers in the training and development of less senior staff. The post holder will demonstrate proficiency in the management of acutely unwell and deteriorating patients who are nursed outside the critical care setting, i.e. the Recovery and Emergency Department. You will be fully informed about changes in Critical Care Outreach and update professional knowledge to meet the requirements for revalidation.
