Our Staffing Bank is seeking Nurses to compliment our existing and expanding RN Talent Pool. If you would like to apply, we offer a variety of shifts to work around your commitments and ultimately enhance your work life balance.

We are currently offering weekly or monthly pay, free uniform, priority shift bookings for RN, NHS discounts, 6 weeks of available shifts, Loop booking systems and the opportunity of a warm welcome at Leighton Hospital.

### Main duties of the job

It is essential that the successful candidate can be professional, diplomatic and caring as you will be challenged with the varied demands of the Trust, which at times can be unpredictable. You must have the ability to prioritise your working day under pressure, whilst ensuring the values and behaviours of the Trust are upheld. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities

An experienced health care professional competent in all aspects of care planning, who is able to carry out a wide range of clinical skills, including area(s) of specialist clinical expertise and advice within the team e.g. infection control, by working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families. The post holder will also take an active part in the leadership, education, development and supervision of the team.
