You will support the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care; undertake clinical observations and assessments; assist with treatments and procedures; provide wound and skin care; support patient education and promote self-management. You will maintain accurate records, recognise and escalate changes in a patient's condition, and contribute to a safe, clean and effective clinical environment. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, organised and reliable, with excellent communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork. You will need to demonstrate initiative, sound clinical judgement and a commitment to the NNUH PRIDE values. A willingness to learn and develop specialist dermatology knowledge is essential. You will be trusted to make decisions within your scope of practice, for example: - Prioritising your workload and deciding the most appropriate order in which to deliver planned patient care. - Recognising changes in a patient's skin condition or clinical observations and deciding when to seek advice or escalate concerns. - Identifying appropriate wound/skin care interventions within your competence and adapting care according to the patient's needs and treatment plan.
