We are currently looking to recruit highly motivated, enthusiastic, and  energetic, Band4 Nursing Associate to work along our dedicated team with progressive and innovative clinical area  and support the work of the Private Patient Centre and NHS ward 55. ### Main duties of the job If you have experience or interest in ophthalmic nursing , have good communication skills and commitment to excellence in nursing care we would love to hear from you. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team you will be expected to demonstrate in depth knowledge and clinical expertise. You will also be expected to demonstrate a sound understanding of the issues relating to the identification, assessment, treatment, and management of this specialist client group. Interested candidates should have highly effective interpersonal skills including the ability to work with a diverse team of professionals. Candidates should also be able to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels, have excellent organisational skills and the ability to use their own initiative. Due to service expansion there will be a wealth of opportunities for the right candidates, a professional development programme will be implemented.
