Staff Nurse – Talent Pool

We are excited to offer you the chance to join our UCLH Band 5 Staff Nurse Talent Pool at University College London Hospitals (UCLH). This Talent Pool provides an opportunity to be proactively considered for upcoming Band 5 vacancies.

We are one of the largest NHS trusts in the UK and renowned for excellence in patient care and innovation. Whether your interests lie in surgical nursing, medical specialities, neurology, cancer services or fast-paced emergency care, we have a place for you.

How It Works

3. Matching: If your interview is successful, we will begin matching you with current vacancies based on our needs and your suitability.

4. Placement: You may be placed within six months, depending on our vacancies and alignment with organisational needs, with the option to extend this period by an additional six months if necessary.

While in the Talent Pool, candidates may continue in their current employment or seek other opportunities elsewhere. Once a candidate accepts a position, a conditional offer will be issued, and pre-employment checks will begin.
