Priory Hospital Southampton/Eating Disorder UnitSalary is £36,176 per annumFull Time - 37.5 HoursThis role is not suitable for newly qualified nurses or preceptorship nurses.Priory Hospital Southampton is looking to recruit a Mental Health Nurse to join the team. Priory Hospital Southampton, Marchwood, Southampton is a residential mental health service providing acute and eating disorder care for adult males and females. It is accessible by public transport, with a bus stop at the end of the access road and Totton railway station approximately 5 miles away, with Redbridge station around 7 miles away. Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.

### What you'll bring to the role

**Essential**

- Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse with active NMC registration.
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience working within an Eating Disorder setting.
- Good understanding of NMC guidelines, requirements and professional standards.
- Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to change, improvement and delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to work flexibly and use innovative approaches to care.
